Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I am proud of you for taking care of your inner child!!!

No more. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired....as they call it.
I made a police report and I was taken seriously.
Yes, I had no fear. I spoke with conviction, clearity, my back straight, my voice steady, my mind clear, and I knew what I was doing.
I will no longer permit people to take advantage of me. I have been a willing participant in my unhealthy dance of relationships, regardless of what type of relationship they have been.
I have been a willingly unknown victim. No longer. I have identified what identifies me as a person that allows me to be a victim to those who go out seeking weaklings like I presented myself to the world.
I am only speaking of myself. do not read anything into this as if I am speaking about you....or you....it is merely about me.
Those with pathology are very adapt at finding us. That is their job for their survival. They almost can't help it....but it is not my job to fulfill their survival needs....that is the job of a psychotherapist who gets paid....it does not belong in an intimate relationship. But usually these type of people do not want to seek professional help so they try to find people like us to meet their needs then blame us because we can in no way meet their pathological needs nor can most psychiatrist meet them either because they won't remain medication compliant.
There!
