good sponsor in AA to help guide you.
Codependency is treated in each group a little
Differently. In Alanon you are more the co addict
And enabler. We are all codependents in 12 step
groups just the different addictions.
While getting divorced I went to divorce care and
i had a therapist She was drug, alcohol and abuse
trained and she Is a 12 stepper herself. The Three
worked well together for me. HUGS
