I think it would be very useful if you bought another copy for your dougther, of course you first must ask her if she would be willing to read it. This is how you respect her boundaries. It's her choice. And the consequences are hers too. If she is not willing to try to recover that's not your responsibility. This is your boundary.
She'll never get better if you keep helping her to do these behaviors. You cannot give in. You need to set boundaries and maintain them.

This gets me very angry to hear this.
I'd not let her back in the house, period. At 31, she needs to get out and be on her own. If that means she falls on her face, so be it. Right now, you are contributing to the problem.
