Rbn365, I'm sorry to hear about your straggle, but I feel better to have somebody completely understand what I'm experiencing. I think it's hard for us to accept that a person needs its personal space, because firstly we don't truly accept that for ourselves. We may say "I too need my own space", but we don't actually mean it, because the moment we are alone we're feeling insecure. During these 7 hours that I haven't heard from him, I really tried to focus on other things (myself mainly) but my mind kept drifting away to the same "obsessing" thought that he's neglecting me. I thing it's hard but the moment we start to feel angry and neglected without any serious reason, we need to try as hard as we can to distract ourselves by doing something for us (like meditating, do a pedicure, read a book ecc) in order to fill our time alone and make it enjoyable. I'm really straggling, but I hope I can do that and I am wishing the same for you.
