Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
My Name Is Maja I am 25 and I am codependent.
Most of my life I have been alternately a controller and a caretaker.
I have been 'sober' from its symptoms for 7 days now:)....
Huge thanks for that!!:)
to love without attachment. to live without toxicity...
that should be the goal of the entire human race.
the difference in an active codependent and a recovering one is found in the way we choose to deal with life's challenges.
what WE SEE is what reality is.
if we change the way we see things the things we see start to change.
i know for a fact that we are all, as human beings, codependent....what separates a person at a "1" on the scale from a "10" is the amount they are willing to face their own pain, their own responsibility, and feel this pain.
the rest are in denial or using addictions to cope.
hugs!!!!
