Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
Some limiting beliefs that may be driving this behavior:
1. I should do whatever I can for others
2. It is selfish to put my needs before the needs/wants of others
3. I need to make others happy before I can be happy
Some different beliefs that may work for you instead:
1. I should do what I want to do for others
2. I need to take care of my needs before I can fulfill the needs/wants of others
3. I need to be happy before I can make others happy
I hope this helps. If you're interested in learning more about how to change limiting beliefs, a great read is The Psychology of Happiness by Najemy (my source for the above concept).
