Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
All of this stuff is about codependency
IMHO. Dysfunctional and/or abusive
Homes create codependent children.
So much of MH issues come from those
Same homes. Depends on the severity
Of abuse, dysfunction or crazy the child
Had Lived in. We all handle it differently
Too.
In Most dysfunctional families there are a mix
of Types of members . Some are abusive
and act out. To me Passive Aggressiveness
Is resentments and anger. We can be PA too
In indirect ways.
Was there addiction, abuse, MH issues in
Your upbringing?
Toxic people are people you try to stay
Away from if you can. They will never
Hear you or see you.
Dr henry cloud writes two good books
people seem to like "Boundaries" and
"safe people" . i have learned most of
My stuff in Alanon and therapy, Hugs
