Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...

One way I would suggest you can start, is to make a list of all the POSITIVE things about yourself. You may be actually quite pleasantly surprised at how many you can in fact find, and so hopefully that way you can start to realise that you are a better person than you allow yourself to believe. Good luck with building your self esteem. I really hope you can learn to love who you really are!!
Sounds like you've bought into society's definitions of what physical and spiritual beauty are. Turn off the TV, especially entertainment shows like Extra and ET Insider, if they make you feel impossibly inferior. They suck. I tend to get jealous of those people too. They're very beautiful and talented, but SO AM I, in my own way. Just because you may not belong in Hollywood doesn't mean you can't carve out your own niche of happiness in your own immediate world.
And a lot of people in Hollywood are miserable too--they just can't show it. Personally, if I were in that business, I would find that life of scrutiny unbearable, and I'd do a Russell Crowe, Johnny Depp or Chrstian Bale and say "I'm outta here", just drop in town in L.A. to work on projects and then adjourn to the south of France like Depp (that guy's got the right attitude and a sense of humor--uglifies his own pretty boy good looks for the roles he takes on).
