Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I recently asked hm if he new i was a 'crazy lady' when he met me (we grew up together on the same estate) his reply was beautiful... he said he knew exactly how 'mad' i was but could see i'd been damaged and could also see the beautiful person i was inside.... this was a wonderful gift to me after years of self loathing.I recognised unconditional love, he didn't want or try to change me, he loved me with all my human weakness.
I do believe that if you find the right person who is firm but loving you can have a healthy relationship, We are happier now more than ever. I have learned to communicate my needs and also listen to what my husband needs. I work a flexible programme with mindfulness and various books on codependancy.
I was so messed up and thought i would never feel content, don't give up on yourself 4everyoung1 x
When i became consciously aware of my self and build the self connection to core i could see my positive energy an aura propagate ... and there came positive people around me. Am i seeking relationships with significant partners? As long as there is a connection with Self i will attract positive people and eventually may seek positive significant other. If not there is no loss i am still me... I am human whole and complete and all that i have to work is on my short commings.
