Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I was having a similar conversation with my sister not too long ago about wanting (needing rather) to steer clear of complex friendships/relationships. Relationships no matter the context should not always involve heavy topics, debates, coercion, or pressure. You are absolutely correct; once you begin to feel uncomfortable with someone you spend a decent amount of time with, boundaries are being breached and a re-establishing of the boundaries is necessary.
Great post!
"I think something people need to understand is that others disliking you is not a bad thing. When you are embodying your true authentic self, it creates fear in people who still operate from the ego. If you want to grow, heal, and evolve you have to let go of wanting to be liked." - Audrey Kitching
