Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I know about the alone times is the only reason I can comment

Sometimes we, as humans, need to take our ques from nature and her cycles.
I am scared by it, but I am also trying to think positively and embrace it. I am journaling every day, I am thinking of goals I have wanted to accomplish but have never been able to. I am thinking about how to broaden my support network (through exercise, volunteering, etc.)
Its a scary time, but I have a feeling that I'll be fine. I just have to be patient with myself, take care of myself and look for the positive aspects of it.
Anyway, just my thoughts.
I am never bithered being alone because i love me and talking to self and being in the preaent are two things i enjoy now in recovery... others think i am anti their laws ... which i dont care... its me that completes me :-).
I love the things I enjoy doing with myself because most of the people I know are TV freaks, boring....gossip...go to bars...boring...but it took me some time to find myself because I lived so long allowing myself to be defined by others and seeking myself from the external.
I have been extremely surprised at who I am....and the surprises are constantly coming on....I am quite an interesting colorful fantastic woman I really enjoy to be around. Now others want to be around me and I am attracting some people who I never dreamed would permit me in their lives. Never give up. Like a marine....never give up even when the going gets real hard....that is when the break through is coming. That is if you are in recovery, not in a bad relationship.
