Cleft Lip / Palate Support Group
Cleft is a congenital deformity caused by a failure in facial development during gestation. It can be treated with surgery shortly after birth with highly successful results. Cleft occurs in somewhere between one in 600 and one in 800 births. Cleft occurs in several severities and is divided in two major categories: cleft lip and cleft palate.
Just wanted to shoot everyone a hey. I've not posted much recently. Life & all way just loves to pull ya away. Plus how often do we come on here & post when we're feeling all bad and doubtful. So I thought a post of just all =)s and grins. I hope everyones having a great life/day...and share any success stories if you feel the need.
I'm sitting here watching a 3hr youtube video. It's raining and close to midnight. Just chillin I guess is the wording of the youth of today. =) Made it thru the holidays mostly by myself. Saw family... spent time with a friend & her 10yr old daughter & her parents. Having what we call "family" time. It was nice. Yesterday I told my exwife whose been on & off thru most of 2014 with me. But in the end shes the exwife for a reason so I've went from shes the love of my life to being the person to reject her. I gotta admit it felt nice & this year alone I've broken it off with 2 other gals that just didn't fit. Again odd to be the rejecter but I was nice & respectful. Well except for the exwife..that I had to just ax flat out. Could've been some payback in their sure..considering I was 4grand less then before she showed back up. Go figure. But I'm feeling good. Ready to tackle 2015 and am hopeful for things to come.

I am loving 2015 so far. Living in a fantastic new city, with lots of new perspective and feeling way more relaxed and like myself since leaving the navy. Classes start for me tomorrow. I have a statistics class that is going to be a beast and am looking forward to dealing with it.
Can't complain at all.
That said were @ Sept & I thought to update this. It's funny cause all my life I've been rather shy & kept to myself. Since the start of the year with my implants I've flouished. Don't seem to be held back by what I used to be & am just being u know. I've rather ed a couple people this yr thou ended those realionship due to them not being good fits. I'll say it was odd being the one to end it for a change. Now I'm back with my ex wife & things are going well. Here's to the last quarter being good!!!
Things will look up ZombieT - Life is full of ups and downs. A couple of years ago, I would have never thought I that would ever be this 'up'
Yesterday was my 32nd birthday and I am having probably one of the best years of my life. My 30's are way cooler than my 20's by a lot. I got a promotion at work, and I love what I do. I live with my very handsome and supportive boyfriend in our townhouse with our cat babies. We are planning on getting married soon :)
Jon Snyder - STATISTICS SUCKS. I tried to take an accelerated coarse (6 weeks! yikes!) and failed miserably. Most of it is applied, but it gets crazy. Good luck to you, I am retaking it in the spring.
