Clarity Community Group
This group originally had been formed to lend support and to have open discussion on the topic of dissociation. We have since opened up to all aspects of PTSD, BPD, DID, BIP, Depression, etc. Basically our group is a safe supportive (non judgemental) place for open discussion on any somewhat related topic. We do not discriminate. We consider ourselves to be...
I don't want to tell you to feel other than you do. How you feel is how you feel. I've been at that place where it is hard to imagine how things are going to get better. And you're right, we DO CARE but that's not the same as having someone with you physically who can hug you and hold you and tell you that they will always be there for you. Is there any one like that you can reach out to? Are in you therapy and, if so, do you trust your therapist to help you through this? Is there a community-based support group you can go to? Anywhere where you can be in the presence of people who can support you in this really scary time? Please keep posting on Clairty; I know it's not perfect, but it's something and we want to know you're o.k.. Part of the reason we care so much is that we (most of us anyway) really do know that feeling of despair and aloneness. It does get better though. Try to hang in there!
I read your post earlier today and I tried really hard not to care about you....i really tried for like a whole 3 hours.....but I am sorry I still care...so I came back to respond....I like you so there...and I care
Love you inseure
I am so sorry for your pain, if I could take it away for you I would...(I really would)
I've thought about suicide myself alot too...you know what stops me??? what if suicide is not the end...what if committing suicide means you have to stay in your personal hell forever...whatever that might be for you....and if you wait it out and die natural yeh it hurts still but you get to go to heaven and spend eternity with your lost love?
what if??
I don't know about you but I decided not to risk (just incase)
Anyway you can't go I need you (stamps little black childish selfish paws)
Love you insecure
(12 million hugs)
Well you asked the question. I do really care. I also understand that horrible place of feeling that no one cares and that life was undoable. In fact that is where I was at one year ago when I met Clair. Her friendship,
guidance, and support got me through. I want to be there for you.
That is one of my reasons for wanting to be part of Clarity. I know what it is like to struggle all alone. ....,I want to be there to lend support to others in that same position.
Furthermore, I feel very close to you all that I have your back 100%.
Love you insecure
many hugs
your friend Rae
I have been where you are and I can understand your feelings. But, you see who cares? WE DO!!! WE DO!!! I realize it isnt the same as having someone physically there. It is very depressing and lonely, but the good news is your hubby is coming home and you can be with him soon. Hang in there, we love ya:)
We make the choice to live or die, to be happy or sad, to live in fear or love. I wish I could help, but I know I can't. Only you can do that.
What ever decisions you make know that my thoughts are with you and I wish you well. xxxx
I am really sorry for the pain you are in, I wish I had some sort of magical wand that I could wave and make everyone feel better so we can all just relax for a change.....
remember what it felt like to relax ?
When I lost my fiance, I found lighting a candle once a week and praying and talking to him in private helped me. I dunno exactly how but it felt sort of cleansing. I would tell him how I felt and then I would always end the conversation with a thing or two that we shared that was a great memory, so was always left on a positive note.
you could try this, I can't say if it will help or not because everyone is different. But I found it did make me feel better
peace and love and rock n roll sister!
xxx
Love you xx
