This group originally had been formed to lend support and to have open discussion on the topic of dissociation. We have since opened up to all aspects of PTSD, BPD, DID, BIP, Depression, etc. Basically our group is a safe supportive (non judgemental) place for open discussion on any somewhat related topic. Something holds us together. In my opinion...the "I Love You's" are our nails of integrity. The more there are...the stronger the structure.
They are seen, but for a moment, by the craftsman and carpenter, but they understand that they will dwell in silence and in hiding, to hold together the integrity of something that will far outlast they themselves.
Nail someone today...tell them you love them. Your building hearts...and souls....many of which will outlive you. Your words can never be outlived...for good or bad.
