my aunt started using it for menopause, but has contunued taking it for 2 years now because it help sso much with the irritability, helped her sleep better, took away the light depression also, it balanced her out. She does not bellieve in drugs so everything she takes is always herbal. I would recomend it, especially since I know she loves it so much, and seems much more calm and content taking it =)

I have never taken this, but I have been told that herbal supplements of tryptophan (bad spelling..you know the chemical like in turkey that makes you sleepy)....my chiro told me this when I had insomnia for that year.
I take olive leaf when i feel a cold coming on. It's better than vitamin C for knocking the cold out of your system.
