I'm sinking quickly!

With Christmas and my Husband gone I hate being here truly hate it! this is where ending it seems like the solution! For whatever reason this year is by far the absolute worst, and for the life of me I can't figure it out! So why be here , I don't want to feel this waybut I do and I feel as if I have no control, or choice! I feel so helpless and hopeless and pathetic !

The greiving process takes time and sometimes we revisit feelings we thought we resolved. It can be helpful to focus on the good memories and less on the loss. Life is truly a give and something to cherish. If you are depressed your doctor may be able to put you on medication even temporary, to help you. It also helps if your able to volunter your time at places where you can be around others. Sometimes Nursing and Assisted Living homes have events over the holidays requiring extra help. Please don't lose hope, your a gift.

I have a friend who drank chamomile tea for a good night's sleep. Without it he had terrible nightmares.
