You are not a worthless human being in this condition. I know you feel like one, I feel the same. But we are not, we still have a lot to offer. We can encourage people, make people smile or laugh etc etc. We just feel like crap while we're doing it.. :)

Never had any stool problems, except when on lactulose, but no longer take it. Can't really comment as I still have my gallbladder, but your symptoms may be totally normal.
The weakness and fatigue I think we just learn to live with. My doctor upped me to 4,000 units of vitamin D-3 for fatigue. If that doesn't help, wants to put me on a prescription version based on vitamin D-2.
Lemon water is actually very good for you, but you've got to get some other nutrients and vitamins in your body.
I never know when to take supplements because of my sporadic diet.
I'm afraid it is a waste of time to take them without eating also..?
Lost over ten lbs. this last week, eating once a day, teeth are in awful, painful condition.
Googling "dental death" doesn't help, maybe or probably I'm not getting the nutrients out of my food.
When do you take your vit. D?? with food?
