I walked around in a fog of impending doom for almost a year after I got off of benzos...I felt like shattered glass and mentally fragile.
Fact is, all you can do is live healthy...regardless of the damage.
Part of living healthy is choosing what thoughts to dwell upon.
All this self diagnosis is mentally and spiritually unhealthy...
it can and will affect your physical health.
I have chosen to believe in a good prognosis...despite my confirmed liver damage. There is nothing else to do, but to treat myself well. See what I'm saying???

I am trying to tire myself out so i can sleep. Luckily the duration of the last dosages was somewhat short. First week was horrible.
Thanks for the smelling salts Lev. The fixating does no good. Distractions are good. I have a bathroom I need to install this Winter.
I just feel so hjorrible in the mornings. It takes an hour after I do get a few hours of dreaded sleep.
