I do best with small meals or grazing.
We cannot get the nutrition we need because our nutrition transport system is broke down. You can eat tons of carrots & broccoli & your body won't uptake the nutrients.
Try to get a balanced diet of fresh fruit & veggies, eggs or fish or poultry and you'll probably need some good grade vitamin supplements.

If a liver transplant is in your future I would concentrate on getting as healthy as possible with a healthy diet and lots of exercise.....getting in good shape while you can will see you the rough patches associated with cirrhosis and the liver transplant process itself....
Even if a liver transplant is not what you anticipate getting and staying on a well balanced diet with lots of protein and getting lots of exercise will slow down the progression of cirrhosis....livers seem to love lots of exercise.....
Take care.
