Self palpation of the liver is difficult because your midsection needs to be completely relaxed. Also google rectus muscle for exact location.
Please dont press on your eyeball until you feel your liver !!!
My quoted procedure from wiki assumes
the upper right quadrant "rectus" musculature.
If you just google "rectus muscle"...it is all related to eye structure.
IF you can find your abdominal "sixpack"...it is the center band of horizontal muscle. Mines a "twopack" these days lol.
