In many towns there are usually community support mental health programs that do not charge or charge based on sliding fee. You might try and call your local senior center or community action center. You can also try calling a local mental health phone line.
As for stomach ailments...There could be so many reasons why you would be experiencing this type of thing. Stress is certainly one of them. I would try and get into the doctor. I know you said that you are only on disability but, there could be so many things that are not working properly in there...You should not mess around too long.

I have medicare and SSDI after losing it all too. I'm grateful to have a nice roof over my head and to get out of the bed every morning. I have healthspring and it cost me $4.80 a month. I qualified for what they call "extra help" it pays my medicare premium monthly and I get bigger discounts on RX's. Call your Medicare office and ask about extra help and all the supplemental insurances in your area.
I don't understand why you don't qualify? I'm here daily if you want to talk. Please check on these things I mentioned. Keep me posted please. Hugs, Marci
