what is cause of foot pain?
There is no know medical cause for my chronic pain. I can walk about 1-2 city blocks and then it feels like my foot is broken. I've ended up crawling to my car a few times.
I doesn't like being in a shoe, too much pressure, doesn't like walking or swimming. If I sit down and rest, it takes 2-4 hours to build up some endurance again.
I can get around in my house and into work, anything like a target, hotel, shopping mall I'm in a manual wheelchair.
I don't take any pain meds at the moment because I'm pregnant. yay :-) I've been to countless doctors/clinics and have ruled out anything they can think of.
Then if you have insurance ask your dr to write you a prescription for it.
I know you have to have a clear dx to get any insurance company to pay for a scooter.
I was wondering if it was rsd too, possibly diabetes or tendinitis.
Best wishes
What kind of testing have they done on your foot?
Good Luck,
Joanne
