Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Yikes! Please do whatever you can to stay warm!. Severe cold affects us both mentally and physically. I know my RSD pain is worse in the winter. And of course, depression soars this time of year.
But we can build a virtual fire and get under our blankets and stay put!
Will you join me?
Sandy
wow it is cold there....bet they are ice fishing someplace near you...LOL
I can't even imagine what -30 would feel like! Or 2 degrees, either! I hope you all stay warm and cozy during this cold spell.
Hugs,
Lori
I just can't stand this horrendous cold. My legs go into a flare that puts me into bed. Plus the back follows suit too. This is NO fun. But this summer I just know I'm going to be hollering about the humidity and the heat. Ya just can't make us Michiganders happy! LOL Hugs, Lee

Growing up in San Diego where we would go waterskiing ever New Year's Day, I never saw any sign of winter other than a "crispness" in the air. I wouldn't have minded a little snow now and then.
So sorry sonja that it's so cold where you are. The coldest it's gotten here was 15 degrees this winter and even with the heat blasting I couldn't get warm.
I hope you can warm up. And take the day off.
Hugs, Dianna
I think I should have stayed longer for breakfast where it was nice and warm.
Soon I have to get ready for a doc appt so it will be time to bundle up!!!
Oh yeah, and I have pairs of warm fuzzy footies, mittens, and head to toe snuggies for all of you LOL.....
