I am having a bagel and coffee and am freezing which doenst help pain i woke up with no covers on me. Mom sent me to bed with my breakfast under the elec throw and heating pad. I am going home today so will be on my own kinda scary in a way its been weeks :/

Good morning everyone. I had a bang up start to this day. My neighbor made a terroristic threat to me this morning. She's been illegally dumping her garbage into my containers. (I pay for pickup). When I took her garbage out of my container and put it on her side of the apt. building she came out the door screaming bloody murder. I told her to take care of her own garbage. She clenched her fists and bared her teeth at me and said, "You are lucky you are old." After nearly 2 years dealing with her crap, I finally called the police. She is half my age. She is totally nuts.

What a way to start the day. When my nerves settle down I'm ready for some of that delicious French toast and coffee.

Bill, I have to carry around a box of tissues. lol

I went to the Y this morning. Went into sauna, then into hot tub, then swam 8 laps in 4 different strokes. Back, crawl, side and breast stroke. Then into steam room for few minutes. Had to go back to pool from locker room my key was sitting at bottom of nine foot end of pool. Fell out of pocket! LoL
In all I didnt do much but scheduled appointment 4pm tomorrow to learn the cardio machine computers and how to use other weight machines! I hope I stick with this- I don't like exersize at all but my body needs it for health!

Pink French toast pudding sounds delish. Green tea is my tea every day. Organic Rockstar Energy drink just holds promise in it's name.

Bill good to see your smiling face. Eggs and toast. I like egg in a basket. One skillet, two generous pats of butter, one slice of bread which you punch hole in center with shot glass, one egg. When butter melted add bread and little circle. Then you put egg in center hole of bread. Turn over depending on how you want egg....soft or hard. Soon I will give recipe for egg in a cup done in microwave. Very easy.

Hope everyone has an eggcellent day. Today is the day no zanaflex and I see if my blood pressure will get above 101/64 and I will be a rabbit instead of a turtle.

I could try that eggs in basket but I dont think I have shot glass! LoL
I need to get car fixed in morning the front strut went bad its under warranty so only cost me $89 for allignment after strut goes on. I can handle that!

I have an English husband .. and things are so different around the world. I don't even use the word pudding.
unless it is chocolate pudding. which is cake. with choc sauce. now that is delish .. but I cant cook
