It works very well. It's greatly reduced the number and severity of migraines I get.
The sfx for me at the beginning but have stopped, were tinling in my hands, slight ringing in my ears, and some hair loss.
The sfx have been well worth the benifits. I take one at bedtime, and have no drowsiness or fog whatsoever. It's almost as if I'm taking a vitamin.
