Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Haven't tried the water yet. There so tiny...haven't the heart, but as they get older I will.
Jan that's great news!
Well he did not say two hours late...but...it is all good. They were willing to put me off to one side and let me wait....this has happened one other time but I was stranded. Our daughter wasn't answering....my girlfriend had put her car in shop and the rest of the troops were not around.
He finally showed up at noon. The nurse kept telling me to not worry about it...they were overly kind and I guess sensed that I was upset....the warm blankets, and more juice were offered at appropriate intervals and I appreciated it. The recovery nurse immediately asked for an order for norco even after having been medicated in the procedure room.
So, I am saving the above with my nurses names, etc and will fire off a thank you note to the administration....I am sometimes really quick to complain but I think that they need to know when the staff does a bang up job. Our insurance doesn't pay very well and they can't bill us for the difference. But they did not sign up for childcare.
I am grateful for medical professionals who are a credit to their profession and their employers.
Thanks for the thread, dixie
