Mine is 25 mg. n I change it every 3 days. Remember to keep it away from 'heat' as this could cause rapid increase which could make you ill.

If it's not helping, she may increase the dose. You know, sneak up on it to minimize the side effects. So be patient. Yeah, like THAT'S easy to do...
My doc started me on 50mg. Didn't help the pain, AND made me so nautious, I couldn't get out of bed except to use the bathroom and throw up. None of the narcotics was of any use to me. Like sugar pills.

Good luck! Of ya n it did make me nausau at first but got better afte couple days. It was worth sticking it out. A good medication if you can take it n it's effective.
Then I broke out in allergic reaction to the adhesive.
