As far as the knee replacement I don't want to do it till the weather warms up anyway. So that will give me time for therapy on knees too. Plus I want to quit smoking before surgery.

I am so sorry that it is so bad, but at least your concerns are validated and they have a real diagnosis.
I also wanted to mention that apparently not all physical therapists are alike and if I knew this, I would have changed a long time ago.
I had crappy PT after my accident and If I went to another therapist, I feel the outcome would have been different.
I dont know how well you know your therapist, but if you feel you are not doing as well as you could, maybe second opinion would help you like it helped me?
