Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

I so sympathize with you - i have the same crap here, although my flu swab is negative, thank god.
I have a problem with pain when i have colds because for whatever reason the sinus pressure creates terrible pain in my facial nerve, which was damaged several times.
I m also lying here trying to figure out how not to go crazY.
I try to mainly distract myself.. I use essential oils like eucalyptus and lavender, especially in the shower, and i play video games..
Hope you feel better soon!!!
I am very sorry that you are having everything hit at once. It can get overwhelming. I definitely would keep in touch with your doctor so nothing gets out of control.
Sending prayers and lots of positive energy. Hang in there.
Hugs-RJ
