This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Just be sure it is ok to mix with your other medications.
Healing hugs
When my sinus are really bad I stand with my face right under the stream of the shower and let the spray pound on my face. Salt water rinses really help as well. If you don't have a neti pot a glass will do just fine. Just use 6-8 oz of warm water and a 1/4 -1/2 a teaspoon of salt. Lift the glass to your nose and inhale the water and then let it run out on it's own. This is done over a sink of course. Have kleenex handy to blow your nose with in between rinses. It's really the best thing to do when you have an infection.
The pain in your ears is most likely from the sinus pressure. Once your sinus are better it should clear up. I hope you start to feel better soon. Sinus pain and pressure are awful. Big hugs Kelley
