Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Prednisone is the first line defense for lupus but there are a number of better drugs out there. Benlysta is the newest drug and I've read that it's a miracle drug. Fortunately, my lupus is in remission right now so I hope to get off prednisone without any lupus complications.
Good luck and I hope the prednisone helps!
Sandy:)
My Doc did say that there were 'less aggrssive' steroids that could be used if this shows to be affectve........he's not even tytrating up.....he said he ants to hit it high and hard so as to more quickly and better dscern it's effectiveness.
You guys....it is really strange to me to be talking seriously about my stuff.....I'm better at listening to yours, or just joking around.....
Thank you for bearing with me......it's hard to communicate well about this for some reason.
Thanks again, Sandy.....and all....
Hugs....jc
Roid rage is no fun but if it gets you better that is good. The last time I had it I swore never again but I will if I have to. We are here and don't you forget it.

,
I hope your prednisone treatment helps. Fingers crossed for you dear.
when do you start? we love you as you are and all want you to get some relief.
One good thing about prednisone is that it increases appetite. Most people hate that, but...
And my dear friend, you are a great listener, but we can listen too. Talk away!
Love 'ya hugs,
Theresa
Sometimes we just have to talk serious and I hope this works for you and the side effects are limited. I had to take steroids once and I was a bear to live with but it had to be done so in the end I could get better. Keep your eye on the prize.
I like the serious side too, and it helps to write it down and others know some back ground it makes you more endearing.
I hope this med works for you and you don't kill any one teehee!
I just never had that kind of a reaction on it. Meds hit me weird though.
Hugs to you DS sista,
Toni
Good luck with everything. I hope the pred helps. I hope that find out even more info soon!!
Gentle hugs,
Jenna

He loves me.

There is nothing wrong.

He and daughter have both been by to ask "are you crazy yet".........
Well....THAT could drive ya nuts pretty quick :-) :-) :-)
