I know it is hard to get someone to your home other than PT and nurses. Pain management is more than pills. There are various options and many can be done at home. She may need a good evaluation by a pro-active pain management doctor who will set up a home program for her.
Transport can be arranged to take her to and from a hospital if they have a pain clinic in the hospital.
I am so sorry she is going through all of this. I will be sending lots of positive energy and prayers for you both.
Sorry I know that's not what you want to hear. Is it possible to find a medical transportation service in your area, to help get your mom to the Dr.? I'm not sure by your question if she already has a PM Dr. or if you need to find one...
If you don't have one currently you might take her to the ER if she gets too bad before you can find a PM Dr.
Take care,
