Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Dwelling on the pain makes it worse. It is just a time thing. I have no magic bullet for advice just do different things until you find something that works. Then look for others so you can break up those, for variety.
Haven't been here at DS long but think you are asking all the right questions.

When the breakthrough pain/spasms etc hits that 6 or higher mark...thats when I am really having a hard time. Its so weird that its this very, very thin line between being able to hold thought or conversation and not being able to do anything but drug up and go to bed.
