Those metabolisms are different. The past year i've continuely lost weight and had to eat high calorie meals to try to keep from losing more weight. I was still losing weight. The drs never could figure out what was going on. Finally I think i'm stabilizing.
Our bodies and their systems are fragile now though and need to be treated as such. You are so right when you say most ppl don't get that. They don't understand why they are sick longer, bruise easier, have sleep problems, why a part of their body hurts that isn't the dxed part, ect... the whole system is effected.
