Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

I want to thank everyone here for being so kind, thoughtful and welcoming.
Bright blessings & best wishes to All!
hugs,
Mary Ellen
We just got back from my SIL's house and it was a blast! I was so happy that my husband wanted to leave before me- it's usually the other way around.
I'm just plain exhausted from the last 2 days. I'm spending tomorrow doing a bit of online ordering and nothing much else.
I hope everyone had a good day and that the pain didn't interfere with spending time with your friends/loved ones.

PS, and Bill, you are absolutely correct. The Wed. before Thanksgiving was always busy for us in trauma. Too many drunk drivers out there and people speeding while they try to get to their destination 5 minutes earlier.
We saw a drunk driver on our way home, but I couldn't get the license plate to call 911. I pray this fool didn't hurt an innocent p;erson or family. I hope he has the worst hangover ever tomorrow.
