Please consider talking to a professional about this....these types of depressive feelings can take over before you even know they have and it can turn into a very dangerous situation.
If you can't afford a private Therapist or Psychologist/Psychiatrist, check with your Counties Social Services department, they have a Mental Services department that offers Therapist services.
If your religious and have a regular church that you go to, even talking to your Pastor on a steady basis can help, if you can't get the other.
