I had a busier than usual weekend but I didn't really have any issues. I kept my leg elevated and actually enjoyed myself. On Sunday night I noticed that I was extremely tired. I actually left the party because I thought I was going to fall asleep. On Mon I woke up with a horrible headache. By noon I was so uncomfortable I went to lay down. I slept for 2 hours, got up and my whole body hurt. Laid on the couch and fell asleep again. Ate dinner and went back to bed. Yesterday I had a pain doc appt and told the PA I was having major spasms. She said to add magnesium to my supplements. That's it. The afternoon was a repeat of Mon. Major spasms, headache so bad I was nauseous sleepy, and body aches. Ate very little for dinner and went to bed. Woke up again today with headache again and body ache and fatigue. Can't figure it out. Is it a bad fibro flare? Never had a flare where I was so sleepy before. I also do not have a fever so I am stumped.
