Hi guys,
First, a quick update. I have officially finished my first week of summer school. Thank goodness its the weekend. I don't think I would have made it through the three hour night class twice a week had it not been for the TENS unit. It helped tremendously. I have my consult tomorrow for the spinal cord stimulator...thankfully my mom is able to make it to the appointment with me. This is probably the first appointment she's been to with me in the last 2 or 3 years. She always has an excuse why she can't come. I am cautiously hopeful that things will work out and I can schedule to have the trial period done.
Recently a new set of symptoms has begun to happen that none of my doctors seem interested in trying to figure out. I will feel flushed all over my body, except my forearms feel really cold and there's a lot of tingling and goosebumps. I don't know how just one part of my body can feel that much different than the rest. One day earlier this week, the tingling was on my forearms but also on the left side of my face going up to my scalp. It was an extremely freaky feeling and it quite unnerved me. Have you guys had any experience with this? What could be causing it? Any input would be great.

If you only know one thing about me, it should be _____________________.

Sorry this is happening. Maybe start a journal logging what meds your are taking and what foods you are eating and what symptoms you are having. See if it relates to the meds or the food. Some meds give weird side effects.
Hope it clears up soon.

I guess I would ask my doctor some questions? do they have any ideas what is causing this new problem? Is it related to any part of your condition?
I hope your sc trial works out for you, as you know there have been positive and negative replies. Talk to your neurologist and ask if he has any ideas about the other issues, if they could run some other tests to find out if they are coming from your neck , or brain. Maybe you have a pinched nerve somewhere. Take care all the best to you isabee
