I get up real early (cause I work)...............so I go to bed REAL early too............REAL early:):)
Nite Nite..............LOL
Morning are tough as I am now taking my niece to school and I have to get up at a certain time but with me walking her to school I can stretch out and that helps relieve some muscle spasms.
After 40yrs I finally watch TV. I discovered I'm not good at sharing either.
Mornings are miserable & night I worry about waking up through the night so its evening for me.
I do the same Freedom, set my alarm take my med & doze off til I get some relief.

I don't have any children to come home from school but I do have my oldest son who calls me everyday on his way home from work. I get to hear about his stressful day at work and then his frustration in traffic. Somedays I just have to say I can't talk right now. He understands. He always asks about my day and how i am feeling.
Night is the hardest. It is when I hurt more. Then I am waiting until I can take my meds and go to bed. I miss the days when I would roam around the house and find little projects. These days I can't even concentrate on reading a book at night.
Dixie I understand what you are saying. Pain takes a toll on tolerance of the stressful things. Also when it comes at the end of the day it is even harder to manage.
Peace and love to you my friend.
Sometimes your news breaks my heart and sometimes it makes me laugh. But always I feel connected to something larger than myself and that makes me feel good. It is the feeling of community, of family and I am sincerely grateful for having DS in my life.
Waking up to all of your stories is the best connection to life that I could imagine. Thank you all for being there and for being a part of this fabulous community. Hugs, Cathy
Hugs to you all.........and Cheers 'to your favorite time of the day' :)
Wishing you a peaceful evening and strength to keep pushing through.
