Is there any chance that you are low on potassium? Maybe the sinus issue is causing you to become dehydrated? That would definitely add to the cramps and can mess with your blood pressure. It put me in the hospital last year in Cardiac ICU. Maybe increase your fluid intake and see if that helps.
Just remembered, certain herbs interact with meds also. If you have been drinking a new tea or added a new supplement see if there are herbs in it that might cause an interaction with any of your meds.

But...if your sinus infection is really bad it can cause redness in the face also, I've had that happen more than once.
So there's a couple of things that could be going on. If it doesn't clear up in a day or so, or if it gets any worse I'd definitely give your Dr. a call.
