If anyone has any advice i sure do need it. My husband says that the nerve block was wonderful for me. I belive that it has stopped working but since i started on lyrica and cymbalta and also the nerve block. I am hungry all the time. I eat us out of house and home. I crave anything from salty to sweet to bread, and candies, and definatly of ice cream and krispy kremes. normally i would say yes i need to eat healthier so i bought some 100 calorie snacks but they were all gone in two days and i bought some fruit but that was gone quick too. So im asking what is good for these cravings? What do you munch on or what do you turn your attention too?

Get packs of raisins and mix them with almonds (almonds are GREAT for the body). Make yourself a trail mix of things that are good for you and munch away! You can add banana chips, figs, Paul Newman's organic pretzels, etc.

i usually go with lite popcorn, pretzels, frozen grapes, nuts, homemade chex mix, twizzlers and frozen gogurts (ya know, the kid ones) these are all pretty good food choices...take care, krissy

funny you say this hun as i have recently been put onto lyrica myself and not like you i get hungry but i have found i am smoking twice the amount that i did before i started to take lyrica.
i am going to stop taking that drug as for me its a bad side effect
I hope you get your hunger problem sorted out and it might pay to look at the lyrica and see if thats whats giving you this hunger problem.

i normall have a packet of gum around to chew.
Drink lots of water cause it fills up your stomach and your less hungry

OMG!!!! I turned into a giant sweet tooth hunger mainiac after I got facet injections and went on morphine based pain releivers. I was hungry even when I was eating and that was totally new for me. I have a feeling that there may have been some steriods in that nerve block, could there be? I feel so bad for you going through that, I made a declaration of war against ben and jerry's Karmal sutra, NO MORE! I am going to fight with everything I have to overcome the sweet tooth. I drink lots of water that seems to help but the war is young, and I have been weak before many times. I am determined this time. Good luck...
