I too had an increase in my Gabapentin, and noticed that I was more tired. I think once our body becomes used to the increase we will stabalize and not feel so exhausted all the time. Take naps, they do help me a lot. Like you said, if we sleep, we don't have to feel pain or deal with it, thankfully. I was also told by my PM doc that my having Fibro that sleep is a good thing. I only sleep about 4 hours and then I am tossing and turning. I just get out of bed and then take naps during the day. I told my hubby that I have a doctors note for naps, lol.
