pain medication if it gets to bad, plus my sciatic nerve hurts so bad I pass out. when that happens off to the hospital I go for a couple of days. Hope this helps. Pls go to your Doctor your back problems maybe coming from something different and needs to be diagnosis so that you will know how to treat the problem..

If it continues to bug you and the pain won't ease, try to ice it at ten minute intervals. Definitely see your doctor if it persists.
Nexr time I see my PCP I will ask to get a MIR and if he doesn't want then I will ask for a specialist.
