Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I completely understand how you feel. I have been in constant pain with muscle/joint pain and numbness for almost a year. I am in pain every single day and no medicines seem to help me either. I have cried myself to sleep many nights. I have been to many doctors, but no one knows what is wrong. I feel like no one around me understands what it is like to be in pain everyday. Please do not lose hope, I am here to talk to you if you want. When I am in pain, I try to think of the good things in my life, because stress makes my pain worse. My Dad was diagnosed with acute leukemia and I am not sure how much longer I have with him and it breaks my heart. Everyone around me seems so happy and I wish I could rewind my life before I felt this pain and when my Dad was healthy. I have to remember that life moves on, even if we want it to or not, it does not stop for us or rewind. Do you have any good friends that you can talk to about it? Hopefully this support group can help!!
this is a great place to be apart of, such caring people here...im sorry you are alone in your battle to beat the pain, not any more, you have this group to help you through your struggles
so let me welcome you please feel free to post your feeling s here about your pain (((hugs)))
I'm sorry you're suffering so badly with these headaches. Are they migraines? I just went to dr. yesterday because of my migraines which I believe are coming From disc trouble in neck. They wanted me to do brain MRI to rule out a mass, but I had a panic attack and couldn't have the scan. They'll have to put me out for that one.
They are doing Botox injections for chronic migraine s now and are having great luck with It. If you have a dr. for the headaches, I would check It out.
You've come to the right place. You'll find some caring, helpful people here who are always around to listen. Hope you get some relief.
Hugs,
((((((())))))))))

Every day doctors are realizing that gluten intolerance spans a much wider spectrum from those who have no problem to those with full blown Celiac. You could be mildly gluten intolerant and not have a single doctor ever notice, test, or even consider it.
At least a trial gluten free 90 period can not possibly cause you harm like the meds you are trying now. Look for IMPROVEMENT in that time. Total healing takes up to a year or more.
Don't' give up until the full 90 days. It takes time to detox from gluten and for your immune system to recover and heal the body enough to notice improvement.
I know what it feels like to be desperate, to struggle and face death. I was so close no one can explain how I managed to survive. Please at least try it just in case so you don't die.
