Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

Wish I could help more but I really hope it helps you. Someone close tome smokes for their CP and has been able to avoid doctors altogether for years. Wish it wasn't illegal and I work for the government or I totally would!
(((HUGS))) and hoping you are feeling great soon!

I am a pot head in recovery so I have to say I will never ever again smoke pot successfully...If I take a toke I will be down the rabbit hole faster than a speeding bullet with a desire to destroy my life like a freight train wreck in just ten seconds....Pot makes my schizophrenia come out again pretty quickly....
Hugs & God Bless

There's different strains of marijuana so I guess it depends. Did he just give you a script & a card to go to the dispensary? If so they'll explain to you the differences. One gives you the head "high" and another is solely for pain relief without the high feeling. If he gave you actual mmj it's much stronger than what a normal high school kid gets. So a little goes a long way.
The dispensary will also tell you how to make the marijuana "butter" you'll need to bake things to eat like brownies etc. But if you choose to eat it, just like you found out with the truffle, its a whole body high & can feel very different. If you eat it only eat a small bit and the stop. (Half of a mini brownie should be plenty at first) It will take a bit to hit you. It's different than smoking it and feeling it right away.
The dispensary will also show you how to vape it rather than directly smoke it. There's even topical pain creams etc. The options are varied. Depending on your state you can even grow your own with the mmj card.
Good luck & congrats for living in a legal mmj state & having a Dr progressive enough to prescribe it to you, especially along with pain meds.
FWIW my sister has CML leukemia & lives in an mmj state so that's how I learned this stuff. She actually moved there for that reason because her wonderful drs wouldn't control her pain in Ohio. I, unfortunately, live in the Bible belt & it will be a cold day in hell before it's legal here :) My very progressive in all other things PM also doesn't believe in it so I can't partake if I want to keep my meds that allow me to have some quality of life. That's my story & I'm sticking to it. Lol
Take care,
Emerald

I'd say start out small with everything. With edibles it's always best to consume the smallest amount possible and wait because most take up to 30 minutes to reach the full effects. If after 30 minutes you still do not notice anything you can try consuming an addition amount. With smoking the effects can be noticed much more quickly, but it's still most ideal to take it slowly. I use marijuana for pain and I prefer to not get completely stoned, but I will smoke until I feel a mild sedative effect of relaxed, comfortable and at ease. It takes some practice getting to know yourself and your tolerance, some people only need a couple hits to experience relief others need much more, so I'd just find a comfy seat, get everything you may need beforehand (a cold drink, a snack both great ideas to keep close), then I'd put on a relaxing show or some music and take a few hits then wait and see how you feel. If after 10 minutes or so you don't notice anything light up the joint again and take a couple more hits. Continue at a slow pace until you achieve a calm sedated feeling. Then you can stop and enjoy the moment of relaxation. The effects can last several hours, so you won't need to continually smoke to experience relief. I typically use my vaporizer every 3-4 hours as needed, sometimes more, sometimes less it all depends on the level of pain. It's really personal to each individual, you just have to try it out and see what works best for you, it takes time and patience, it also takes a couple mistakes where you get too high, or not high enough, but eventually you'll find your own perfect medium.
If you ever have any specific questions feel free to ask me, if I don't know the answer myself I will know someone who does. I'm a huge medical marijuana advocate, so this is my passion.
