Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I guess the bright side is that you have the knowledge to do all that is possible for both of your girls. They are lucky to have your for their dad because I know you will fight for them.
you cannot blame yourself.
Your knowledge will help them both, and really, as a parent I KNOW how you're feeling. They have something important- YOU as their daddy. Try and stay positive, and just keep on being Daddy. NONE of this is your fault.
Hang in there! Our kids, IMO, get us through the worst parts. Now you'll be there if they need you, as you would be no matter what. I'll say a prayer for them and for you, and try and have faith. There are so many possibilities, and one is that your daughter might not get any symptoms or pain. Just wait and see, but don't beat yourself up. You are a wonderful father!
It is what it is. Nobody is at fault.
Your daughter is so blessed to have you for her Daddy.
Gentle hugs,
Jenna
What you should do for her sake is to give her the happiest life possible and that means a normal life with a happy father. Teach her to be compassionate, loving and joyful no matter the situation.
Hugs and Love,
Dix

I can empathize with your feelings, my daughter is significantly impacted by challenges and mental health that are directly releated to her father. She also has pain and other issues that are related to me.
I feel so guilty but, I am very glad too because of what I have gone through and my education/experience.... I can use my knowledge to help her.
I am a stronger advocate, I can empathize and, I can be fully supportive of her because I have beent through it.
No one can tell you how to feel Kris or how to process your information. However, please please look at the fact that your little girl will have the strongest advocate and stregnth in YOU. She has someone who understands and someone who can help her through it.
My prayers and blessings to you my friend.
You're a good person and a great father, Kris. Don't let guilt ruin that for yourself or your daughter.
Much love, admiration and hugs,
Theresa .
Don't feel guilty, she is blessed that you are her Dad. Love is unconditional, I'm sending prayer and Angels to guide you. Every thing you have written, that I have seen, indicates a most loving strong, articulate man. It's natural to grieve upon rotten news. But your daughter will sence your emotions....careful with that. X L
