Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Fun is never *over rated* is it?
* I just may have to save this entry to Journal so I dont forget it! LOL
you have just convinced me to go out with my husband for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We always plan something nice. The Broadway production Wicked downtown Chicago & a room at a high rise...Tickets to Dennis DeYoung (Styx) at The House of Blues...always something fun and exciting!!! However, this year I told my husband we should just bunker down & rent a movie & order carryout. The temp has dropped so low here in Chicago & my pain level is up & I have been feeling a bit depressed....but now I am thinking of taking that "jump". Maybe I will call that babysitter... Thanks for sharing lladyfair...what a great story!!!

Please tell us how it goes if you are able...Im sending ya the move the feet and buns vibes and go, go, go!
I know that when I try to go and do whatever...its like pulling a boat behind me or walking through sand - my muscles are screaming at me and pain is bouncing around my bod like a ping pong ball...
BUT Almost every time... once I get there... I am happy that I AM there. That probably means its worth the effort. Yes?
Go have some fun! *YAY* !
