I was like that last night, wide awake at 2am.
I went and got some panadol and them laid down and out on something really boring and then all i heard with my son playing his ds.I woke up at 7.30am and the pain today has being terrible.
One thing i have learnt is not to think about going to sleep.Relax and watch a movie or read and that helps me.
I would also go see the gp for pain relif and sleeping tablets.
I use deptrum as it acts as a sleeping tablet and painkiller.
After 20 mintues of tossing and turning i leave the bedroom and go watch tv them go back to bed.
Avoid going into the bedroom and only use it at night.
