there is no list to check. The only thing you can do is to look up the members name and check their profile picture. If they have closed their account, it will state account closed. If DS has closed their account, it will say the same thing. If DS has suspended their account, their profile page will state so.

I have known people who got suspended I have never seen anything on their profile, so not sure if there is something or not. I know alot of times people will have others personal email and they will contact them and let them know that they have been suspended. That is the only way I know about someone getting suspended it is sort of word of mouth type of thing. i hope that helps.

To the best of my knowledge there has never been anything on the persons profile about being suspended unless a friend puts a hug up informing you of it.
Also if they are a very regular poster then you will not see anything posted from them - another clue.

If someone is banned most often a lot of their posts , especially the more current ones disappear (makes reading threads interesting ......LOL) and if you look for them via the search or an older post it will come up as account closed.

As recent as December 2011 what I stated originally occured, so I believe you are mistaken. Maybe with the upgrade things have changed?

I have seen "Closed" accounts.........but I have never seen a member's account say "Suspended".....................which would be nice if it did show up...........but I have known a LOT of suspended members and have never seen "suspended" show up on their profile.

(guess I hang with a bad crowd - always getting suspended - LOL)

Ichoppel I have been here since 2007 and have had a few friends and known of a number of people suspended on this , the diabetic and a couple of other boards suspended over the years and I have never seen that posted (by DS) on an account.
Like Jan said is the case with the person she was asking about a friend will post it in their hugs if they know. But if no-one knows we have to wait until they return to find out if they are OK.

If it is on the account where would it be I guess we can figure this out as this person is suspended and I looked and saw nothing but maybe I am looking in the wrong area. Now I am curious and sort of want to know. I know get a hobby LOL

jc.i'm not sure but if your talkin bout madman and my answer to you about him.i just went back to where his name was on a post and clicked on his name...his profile page came up and he had it posted there himself that he had gotten warned and would be temporarily suspended......PEACE t

I have also searched his profile and apart form the previous mentioned (hugs etc) there is nothing about his suspension.
And I have never seen anything from DS about it on any suspended persons profile in the past either. Wish they would - but they don't.
