Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
i'm working on the letter - THE letter which is just exhausting. i feel like i'm in grade school talking to the principal, which btw i never did.
don't do anything beyond your means. i think that's a fair and decent goal.
No rope required...this is not the dark hole....I don't put smilies on those.:-) :-)
But..yeh...you could toss me some pudding. :-) I'm hoping it's in a container?
Good luck with that letter..hugs
Take this time to RELAX. You definitely deserve it!

Hugs,
Carrie

Rest sounds like a capital idea....going to pull out my own heating pads and ice packs and kick back!!!
You just relax and ENJOY!!! OK??
Take gentle care everyone and feel better soon!!!!
Today is a THREE patch day for me. Don't know why. Weather is good and T-storms are passed, yet, here we are a three patch day.
Funny thing........ I don't use patches!
What am I going to do????
Glad that others are hanging in with the pain. Sorry that you are feeling just as bad as me today.
I was just reading about EFT Therapy which is based on a theory that our discomforts both physical and psychological are caused by disruptive electrical charges in our nervous system. The therapy teaches you to repeat certain affirmative statements while pressing on areas within what they call the Meridian Paths in our bodies which I believe is where the electricity of pain is transmitted.
Chakras and even chiros believe basically the same thing only they use different terminology and techniques. That is the basis of trigger point therapy.
Any pudding left?
i did meet one goal - have the rice and black beans on - that will really be a mess - hot mess.
i'm about to crawl down, too, so i'll just load up a bucket. anything else before i use the last of my energy to slide?
( we'll..we need the other kind...but..Pudding's pudding...I'll find a way..:-)
